Client's Journey 

We have helped numerous clients to achieve their financial goals in the form of tax planning and saving, helping dealing with IRS notices, helped filing their taxes, take business credits and overall by providing confidence and support when they needed.

Since, we worked with our clients one to one and each client is equal for what we do, and we work on long-term relationships than one time quick projects. We do not promise you will pay no taxes when you come to us. Yes, you can pay no taxes, if you make no money or you always want to make a loss in one or other way. I do not think your goal is to make losses and pay no taxes. You would rather make money and pay taxes. But only to the extent you are required to, not even a penny more. That is what we do for our clients.

Some noted examples we would like to take on our client journey without mentioning their names. These are some interesting examples, however, planning is a continuous process and sometimes it takes time to show results.  

A client with real estate investment was paying a huge tax bill each year, and his old CPA was not able to give him the attention that he needed. He came to us, we had a couple of meetings and we planned his taxes and created a few strategies such as cost segregation and short term rentals etc. He was very happy with the results. The smile on his face was a million dollar smile.

A Medical Doctor with high earnings was very frustrated with paying a lot of taxes. A client of mine referred him to me. We had a couple of conversations. Doctor and we together worked on his future goals and created a blueprint. He implemented as we decided, he is making more than before and also at the same time able to save some taxes that he is investing on his new project. This is our sixth year with him. A solar company approached us for tax help. While doing taxes, we discussed financial problems the business was facing, and loan applications were denied several times. The owner was ready to sell a part to a new partner for one tenth of the value of share. After a couple of meetings with the departments, we were able to get funding for them. They could sustain for a year at least because of the funding, and they now grew to multifold.. 

A Gym instructor has an S-Corp, and has been claiming his S-Corp losses for the past 3 years. IRS sent a notice disallowing his losses because of lack of basis. We looked into it together, and figured out exactly where he had gone wrong. We fixed it, and amended the returns. He not only saved those penalties and taxes but also had a bigger refund than he expected. The smile on his face was priceless. He has been our regular client since.

An online business (e-commerce) client was entangled with sales tax and other states related issues for many years. They were filing taxes in 33 states tax returns and 25 states sales tax returns for many years. We worked for two years with them to figure out perfect plans to reduce his filing burdens, reducing his recordkeeping and compliance cost. We succeeded to certain extent saving him time, money and compliance issues. They have been clients for the past 7 years and they are one of our big clients.

These are just a few highlights of what we have been doing. Our goal is not just about saving money but to help our clients to achieve the growth they have always been craving for. Not all human beings have monetary goals, for some people money will start losing value over time, and what they need is expansion of their reach, and to provide opportunities for the people around them and explore the potential to the fullest.
